You must meet the REC requirements below.
- Prior participation in a TEC, REC or similar program
- No relatives or close friends in the facility
- No prison, probation or jail time within the past year
To register for a REC or Hoot, go to the Calendar and click on the REC or Hoot you would like to participate on.
Click on the link under Online Applications for either REC or Hoot and fill out the application.
Note: The cutoff for online applications is 45 days before the REC and 21 days before the Hoot with NO assurance that you have been approved. If you have not received a confirmation in a timely manner, send an e-mail to the Institutional Liaison. Some RECs fill up quickly so please get your application in as soon as is possible in order to assure placement.
